Appearances

We speak at locations all over the eastern United States, and we never ask for an appearance fee for non-profit organizations, no matter what the location.  However, increasing travel costs have forced us to ask for reasonable expenses for any appearance outside a 150 mile radius of our home in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. 

 If you would like us to make a presentation to your school, Civil War Round Table, bookstore, veterans' organization, or any other non-profit group, please contact us.

We are currently setting up our appearances for 2012.  Discussions are in progress, so please check back regularly to see where we will be.   Some of our appearances are shown below.

James and Suzanne Gindlesperger are members of the Friends of Gettysburg Foundation, Save Historic Antietam Foundation, Friends of Flight 93, the National Trust for Historic Preservation, and the Civil War Trust. Jim is a Friend of the Field at both Gettysburg and New Market, and Suzanne is a cofounder of Pennwriters, a professional organization for published and aspiring authors. The couple lives in Johnstown, Pennsylvania.

Both have ancestors who fought in the Civil War.  Suzanne had ancestors who fought for the South, Jim had ancestors on both sides, including one who was killed at Gaines Mill.
